Mazyar H. Mazarei

Attorney Mazyar H. Mazarei obtained his Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from the University of California, San Diego in 1999. He then received his Juris Doctorate from the Pepperdine University School of Law in 2002 where he graduated in the top one-third of his class. After passing the California bar examination on his first attempt, Mazyar gained significant experience in both litigation and transactional matters.
Mazyar has significant experience in counseling employees and companies on a variety of corporate issues, including corporate governance and employment related matters. Mazyar has represented employees in litigation and negotiation in employment law, including discrimination, retaliation and other wrongful termination related matters.
Mazyar is a member of the State Bar of California and is admitted to practice before the United States District Court for the Central District and for the Ninth Circuit Courts of Appeal.
